Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Since our items are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order. Custom orders (like personalized tumblers) may take an additional 2 days.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75!
For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via USPS or UPS.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom or Personalized orders (e.g., Name Tumblers)
- Used Candles or Soaps
- Sale items
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
